There will not be a December round this month, people need some time to catch up and I don't think December will be a good month to judge the future of the community.
Things will start again in January, and I hope to see everybody then.

The Rules have now been updated. Also, I believe I will start keeping the blacklist a little less public. That is not to say that I will not keep track of it, but I believe that anybody who is on the blacklist KNOWS they are on the blacklist, and who they owe.
The old rules seemed to be as rigid as the ones I'm trying to impose now, which is a little strange... I didn't have to change as many as I had originally thought I would. If you're interested you can see them here.
